The ‘Cinque Vie’ is a full-cycle farm: vineyards and wineries for wine-making and ageing. At the end of this cycle comes wine bottling. In this way we can guarantee the absolute quality of our wine and the respect of our company philosophy. The winery is equipped with up-to-date technological systems (wine barrels, pumps, conveying systems are all made up of stainless steel), but we also perform traditional processes, starting with the manual harvesting of bunches of grap. During each phase of wine production, we take the maximum care and we pay particular attention to all possible details. That
is why we decided to rely on our own grapes production, to handle all
problems we encountered along the way and to take all risks personally, in
order to be sure to operate correctly and have direct control over the
most important phases of wine production.
